Can I get a longer chain with my jewelry?
Yes! The standard length is 18" with a 2" extender. Longer chains are free - please request the length you need by leaving a message in the 'Add A Note' Section at checkout.
What's the difference between a jewelry box and a Memory Box?
Our Memory Box is larger than a regular jewelry box. It holds a memorial picture of your loved one and is a safe place to store your jewelry when not being worn.
The picture I uploaded into my locket doesn't look right. Can you fix it?
Yes! We always ensure it is resized to fit your locket and Memory box. We can remove blemishes, backgrounds and fix red eye, etc. Please let us know in the 'Add A Note' Section at checkout.
