How To Fill Your Locket Urn

  

  1. Open your jewelry box and gently pull the small tab of the cushion backing forward.
  2. You will find a screwdriver, Loctite,a paper funnel and a polishing cloth.
  3. Place your locket urn on a soft cloth. This prevents any chance of scratching the front of your locket while filling the chamber.
  4. You will notice tape on the end of the screw driver. DO NOT remove this. It is there to prevent scratching your locket.
  5. Using the screwdriver, carefully remove the screw.
  6. Fold the paper funnel so that it creates a 'V'.
  7. Place a small amount of the finer ashes in the crease of the filling funnel.
  8. Hold over the opening of the locket and tap in a small amount of ash.
  9. Tap the side of the locket with your finger so that the ash settles inside and is free of the threads.
  10. Place a small amount of the Loctite on a piece of paper and spread it out.
  11. Carefully slide the screw through the Loctite making sure it covers the bottom threads of the screw.
  12. Place the screw back into the opening and using the screw driver, tighten until snug.
  13. Wipe away any excess Loctite that may have squeezed out.
  14. Allow 3 hours for the Loctite to harden.
  15. DO NOT try to unscrew once Loctite has hardened.

How to Fill Your Pendant Urn

  1. Open your jewelry box and gently pull the small tab of the cushion backing forward.

  2. You will find a screwdriver, Loctite,a paper funnel and a polishing cloth.

  3. Open your Murano glass pendant by unscrewing the top. If you have purchased a heart-shaped pendant, it opens from the bottom – unscrew the bottom.

  4. Fold the paper funnel so it creates a 'V'.

  5. Place a small amount of finer ashes in the crease of the filling funnel.

  6. Hold over the opening of the pendant and tap in a small amount of ash.

  7. Tap the side of the pendant with your finger so the ash settles inside and is free of the threads.

  8. Place a small drop of Loctite on a piece of paper.

  9. Dip the threaded end of the cap into the Loctite.

  10. Gently tighten the screw until snug.

  11. Wipe away any Loctite that may have squeezed out.

  12. Allow 3 hours for the Loctite to harden.

  13. DO NOT try to open once Loctite has hardened.
